A deposit reserves your date and opens your planning portal — one place for every decision, question, and detail from here to the wedding. No email archaeology, ever.
A short, actually-enjoyable set of questions in your portal about the look and feel you're drawn to. It's how your florist, baker, and coordinator get it right the first time — without you writing a design brief.
We match you to venues from our Northern California network based on your guest count, budget, and style — then walk through the options together in a venue consultation. You choose the one that feels right; we coordinate the booking.
Menu and dinner plans with the venue or a local restaurant. Photographer options matched to your style. Cake flavors, floral palettes, hair & makeup preferences — each one a short conversation, each one handled once you decide.
We build the timeline together — ceremony time, golden-hour photos, dinner pacing, toasts — and customize the touches that make the day yours. You approve it; we own the logistics.
In the last weeks, we confirm every vendor, chase every detail, and close every loop. Two weeks out, you get a final walkthrough of the plan. Your only job is to show up rested.

With Our Little Wedding: you book a date, and one team plans and coordinates the whole celebration. The package includes officiant, florals, cake, hair & makeup, day-of coordination, and a planning portal. You make the enjoyable decisions — venue, menu, photographer, style — through short guided steps, and we book, manage, and run everything behind them.
A fraction of DIY planning. Couples typically spend a few hours total across the portal questions and consultations, instead of the 200+ hours traditional planning commonly takes. Every question we ask exists because a vendor needs the answer — there's no busywork.
Six to twelve months is comfortable; a few months is workable for smaller celebrations since intimate weddings have fewer moving pieces. If your date is close, ask — small weddings move fast.
The personal ones are your call: venue, menu, and photographer are chosen by you from matched options. Craft vendors in the package — florist, baker, hair & makeup, officiant — are matched to your stated style, and if something isn't right, we fix it.
A dedicated day-of coordinator from our team. They manage every vendor, the setup, and the timeline from first delivery to last dance — so nobody in your family works your wedding.
