Photography
The flowers get composted and the cake gets eaten. The photos are forever — which is why we treat photography as the one vendor you should love, not settle for.
Here's our honest take: photography is too personal to bundle. Handing you a default photographer the way some packages do means someone else chose the eyes your wedding will be remembered through. We'd rather match you properly.
So we do it like this. You tell us what you're drawn to — we'll show you real galleries, not adjectives. We shortlist two or three Northern California photographers who shoot that way and fit your budget. You pick. From there they're fully our problem, in the best sense: contracted, scheduled, fed, and built into a timeline that puts your portraits in the best light of the day.
Wine country gives photographers a gift — long golden hours over the vines, soft coastal fog, redwood light shafts. A timeline built around that light is half of what makes wedding photos look the way you're hoping. That's the coordinator's job, and it's included.
Real moments as they happen — the laugh mid-toast, the grandmother's hands, the quiet minute before the ceremony. Nothing posed that didn't want to be.
Composed, intentional, a little cinematic. Portraits that look like they belong in a magazine because the photographer thinks like one.
Soft, warm, golden — the classic wine country look. Made for vineyard rows at the end of the day.

Photography is booked separately, on purpose — it's the most personal vendor choice you'll make, and the photos are what remain when the cake is gone. We shortlist Northern California photographers whose style and personality fit yours, you choose, and we coordinate them fully into the day: timeline, locations, golden hour, family photo lists.
In Sonoma and the Bay Area, quality coverage for a micro wedding typically runs $2,500–$5,000 for four to six hours, with celebrated names above that. Because micro weddings need fewer hours than a 12-hour traditional wedding, you often get a top-tier photographer for a mid-tier total.
Usually four to six. That covers getting ready, the ceremony, portraits at the best light, and the heart of dinner and toasts. Elopements often do beautifully with two to three hours.
Years of working the same rooms. We recommend photographers we've seen deliver under real conditions — fog at Bodega Bay, backlit vineyard ceremonies, City Hall's mixed light — and whose galleries prove it. Style match comes first: we ask what you're drawn to before we send names.
Right after the venue. Good photographers book out 6–12 months for peak fall dates. It's typically the second vendor we lock in.
