Elopements
Just the two of you — or the two of you plus the ten people who actually matter — in the most beautiful corner of California. Everything handled, from $4,500.
Eloping isn't running away from a wedding. It's running toward the part that counts — the vows, the place, each other — and skipping the parts you never wanted: the seating chart politics, the fourteen-month planning slog, the bill that could have been a house down payment.
A Sonoma elopement gives you the setting big weddings fly across the country for. Vineyard rows at golden hour. Old-growth redwood groves. Bluffs above the Pacific. And because it's just you (or close to it), the whole day bends around what you want — a morning ceremony and a long lunch, a sunset ceremony and a chef's table, a hike to a view most wedding parties could never reach.
Our elopement package covers the officiant, your florals, a cake worth the trip, hair & makeup, and a coordinator who handles permits, timing, and every logistic. You get married. We do the rest.
A private corner of a family winery, golden hour over the rows, and a bottle from the property afterward. The classic Sonoma elopement.
Armstrong Redwoods and the groves along the Russian River hold ceremonies for two like a held breath — quiet, cool, and enormous.
Bluff-top vows on the Sonoma Coast at Bodega Bay or Timber Cove. Wind, waves, and no audience but the ocean.

Our elopement package starts at $4,500 and includes a licensed officiant, personal florals, wedding cake, hair & makeup, a day-of coordinator, and your planning portal. Add a ceremony site or venue (from a few hundred dollars for a park permit to a few thousand for a private winery), a celebratory dinner, and photography, and most Sonoma elopements land between roughly $7,000 and $12,000 all-in.
California marriage licenses are issued by any county clerk's office and are valid anywhere in the state for 90 days. You'll both appear in person with ID, and your officiant files the license after the ceremony. We walk you through the steps and timing as part of planning.
Yes — several Sonoma County wineries host private elopement ceremonies, especially on weekday mornings and in the off-season. We match you to properties that welcome two-person celebrations rather than treating them as an afterthought.
Two to four months is comfortable, and faster is often possible — elopements have far fewer moving pieces than full weddings. Peak fall dates and popular permit sites book earlier, so if you're set on harvest season, start sooner.
Of course. Most of our 'elopements' include two to twelve people — parents, siblings, best friends. If your list grows past that, our micro wedding packages pick up right where the elopement package ends.
